Emergency Roadside Assistance
24-hour Toll-Free Roadside Customer Assistance Number for 7 years or 100,000 miles on your vehicle’s odometer (whichever comes first) from your vehicle’s original in-service date. Coverage includes: emergency road service for minor disablements like a flat tire, dead battery, or lock-out assistance up to $100 per occurrence. In these cases, we’d boost your battery, change your tire using your spare, or unlock your car. Small amounts of gas can also be delivered. Towing assistance- Up to $100 per occurrence, if a covered part fails.
Optional Security+Plus Extended Protection Plan
Nissans+Plus Extended Protection Plan covers more than 1,300 components, including: electrical audio/video/navigation, suspension, steering, climate control system, and brakes. Optional terms of 7 years/100,00 miles or 8 years/120,000 miles available at additional charge. Ask your Sale Consultant about this beneficial option.
7-year/100,000-mile Limited Warranty
Nissan’s Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty provides coverage of 7 years or 100,00 miles on your vehicle ‘s odometer (whichever comes first) from your vehicle’s original in-service date. Over 600 components are covered including the following:
- Engine: Cylinder heads and block and all internal parts, rocker covers and oil pan, valvetrain and front cover, timing chain and tensioner, oil pump, fuel injectors intake and exhaust manifolds and turbocharger, flywheel, seals, and gaskets.
- Transmission and Transfer Case: Case and all internal parts, torque converter and converter housing, automatic transmission control module, transfer case, and all internal parts, seals and gaskets, and electronic transmission controls.
- Drivetrain: Drive shafts, final drive housing and internal parts, propeller shafts, universal joints, bearings, seals, and gaskets.
- Deductible: Repairs covered under the Limited Warranty are subject to a deductible of $50 per visit.
- Replacement Parts: Replacement of any part will be made with a new or re-manufactured replacement part manufactured by or for Nissan for use on Nissan vehicles. If a part is not available from Nissan, Nissan may authorize an outside sourced part of like kind and quality to be used in the repair.

- Warranty – In addition to 12-month/12,000-mile Comprehensive Limited Warranty coverage, every Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle also comes with 7-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty coverage (ask your dealer for warranty details).
- Roadside Assistance – Roadside Assistance is offered for the full duration of the Limited Warranty coverage. That’s 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in case of a breakdown, blowout or bad weather. Roadside Assistance includes:
- Travel expense reimbursement of up to $1,000 for up to five days of lodging, meals and rental vehicle
- Destination expense assistance of up to $75 to cover the emergency cost of a taxi, shuttle or rental car to reach your destination
- Rental car reimbursement of up to $30 per day for up to five days if the vehicle requires overnight mechanical repairs
- 172-Point Inspection – Before any vehicle can be called a Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, it must pass a 172-point inspection. Factory-trained technicians recondition any component that does not meet program standards, or they replace it with only new Ford Motorcraft or Ford Authorized Remanufactured Parts. Ask your dealer for a copy of the Vehicle Inspection Checklist.
- Vehicle History Report – You’ll definitely know your vehicle’s history when you purchase a Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. As part of the 172-point inspection process, a Vehicle History Report is run to identify any vehicle that does not meet Ford Certified Pre-Owned standards. Ask your dealer for a copy of this report.
